Rick Faber is a character played by Neil Campbell. Rick is a teenager who feels bad for adults who have to deal with the irresponsible behavior of teenagers. He often has encounters with an adult (who looks like Neil Campbell) that he respects but still treats him badly because of being a terrible teenager. Rick is extremely self-aware of his bad behavior, but is unable to change because of his incompletely formed brain, and teenage herd mentality.
He wears "outlandish" clothes including purple shorts, skate shoes and a Metallica T-shirt with a picture of a knife coming out of a toilet. Scott does not care for his wardrobe, as violence and potty humor are two things he cannot stand.
He has a job at a skate shop where he sells books on how to ollie.
