Peppers McGilly is a character played by Horatio Sanz. He is the 94-year-old superintendent of Trenton Downey Jr. Middle School in Macon County, Georgia and the founder of the CTP (Choking Teens Program). He previously employed Lyle Cummings, among others, as a supervised choker when students choking each other out became an epidemic at the school.
He lived for about 30 years as his own mother and married Don Carsdale, who tragically died when his own Jeep ran into him. He is currently raising funds to erect a memorial wall for chokers who suffer from Post-Strangle Syndrome as well as a boogeyman statue of an incarcerated child-killer who used to choke kids out by sitting on them.
