Burnt Millipede is a character played by Paul F. Tompkins. He is a pharmacist who lives in Dignity Falls and hosts the podcast The Neighborhood Listen with Joan Pedestrian. As a matter of ethics he refuses to use any of the drugs he prescribes, and if he is ill he visits a competing pharmacy to get drugs and while there pretends to not be a pharmacist or even know what a pharmacy is.
Burnt has a history of Murphy bed problems, mostly because there is only one Murphy bed mechanic around these days. He cannot eat square foods, and was known to have lived off circus peanuts during the 2020 pandemic. Burnt drives a nitro-burning funny car, except for when he rides his bike.
Burnt has never seen the face of Joan's husband Doug, yet he has seen Doug's reverse balding neckline.
Burnt also has a ventriloquist puppet named Connie.
