Bitsy Boo-Carmichael is a character played by Jocelyn DeBoer. She is an actress from the '30s who was cryogenically frozen. Born in 1920, she was frozen in 1939 making her 19 years old, although she only looks 10. After she was unfrozen, she wandered the streets of Hollywood in a wet dress until Horatio Sanz found her and began taking care of her. Horatio became her manager and the two are now engaged to be married.
