Albert Roe is a character played by Matt Apodaca. He is a local grocer who runs Kissy's Grocery Store.
He tries to set himself apart from larger grocery chains (Vons, Pavilion, ect.) by adding "personal touches", such as polishing and kissing every item in his store, having no door on his storefront, having 100 bottles of beer on the wall, and selling box sets of the podcast Serial.
The walls of Kissy's are made of glass. This is NOT a personal touch.
He has 10 daughters and no sons, which he chalks up to his "feminine cum". His father is Amazon founder Jeff Bezos.
